Things to help prepare body for birth?

But natural things I can do to prepare my body to give birth??

Eat seven dates per day during third trimester 
Drink red raspberry leaf tea during third trimester

I would listen to some hypnobirthing and find a way to relax your mind and body. That helped me tremendously even during my pitocin induced epidural free birth, I didn’t feel much until I was fully dilated. Then it was hell lol

Raspberry leaf tea and evening primrose oil are what I'm using. 
I want to try dates as well but I really don't like them lol I might find some recipes to incorporate them into so I don't have to eat them on their own.
Also sex, going for walks, using a birthing ball

Perineal massage. Also like the other posters have suggested...Eat dates, kegels, squats, walking, and look into hypnobirthing techniques

Squats, yoga, kegels. I also ate 6 dates a day starting at 36 weeks, it's supposed to help soften the cervix. Once you're in the home stretch, like after 37w, acupuncture can really help as well. My whole labor and delivery was 6 hours.
