Hip pain at 20 weeks what do I do?

I bought a U shaped pregnant pillow thinking it would help, and it does on some days. But lately, this pain as just bee rough to deal with and it makes me wake up from pain throughout the middle of the night. Anyone deal with this or have advice?

Check the shoes you’re wearing. I was having horrible hip pain thru most of my 2nd trimester - to the point that it was difficult to walk some days. I ordered a pair of black flats that were intended for good posture and a couple pairs of Dr School’s slip one and my hip instantly started feeling better! 
At night sometimes it’s sore so I make sure to prop my knee up on my pregnancy pillow.

My friend just had this and was pretty incapacitated. She’s tried PT-prescribed stretches and massage and nothing. Then she tried dry needling at her PT and that did the trick. Good luck!

I’m 23 weeks. I’ve found stretching, yin yoga, and a hot bath to be helpful, but I’m still as lost as you are! I go to chiropractor every other week but she doesn’t adjust my hips. Nothing takes it away. Recognizing my body is getting ready for my boy’s grand entrance in a few months helps me stay positive 🥰
