40 years old TTC

Here’s the situation....I had sex on January 19th which was my ovulation day 3 session same day. ( no sex since then)Then I had a period Jan.31-4. The first 2 days very light, 3 day medium and 4th-5th day hardly anything. Now my next period would’ve been February 23-27 NO PERIOD. My uterus is regular like clock work. It’s now March 1st still no period. I took 3 pregnancy test all negative. I made an appointment with my doctor. I need feedback I’m confused. It’s either I’m pregnant or menopause.
