Does this mean I’ll get my period tomorrow ?

Took a test a few mins ago says I’m supposed to get my period tomorrow, I took a test today only because normally glow is off by one day usually I get my period the day before it says I’m supposed to. I’m just curious and sort of sad..I’m afraid of miscarriage again..
