What is your daily routine with your 11 week / 12 week baby?

Just curious to see what others routines are like even if you have or haven’t got a routine yet?

Wake up at 7am and feed, then feedings every 3 hours at 10, 1, 4 and 7.  Bedtime routine actually starts at 6:30 with a bath.  We read stories during 7pm bedtime feeding and down for the night at 7:30pm.  Also try to get a nap in during each 3 hour cycle.  She’s been sleeping through the night for a few weeks now

Baby girl will be 3 months tomorrow. We didn’t establish a routine until about 2 months old. But even now it sometimes gets mixed up if we’re out and about or on her fussy days. We are EBF so I feed on demand whether it’s 10 minutes of 30 minutes. All depends but our typical night/day is
Bedtime anywhere between 10:30-12 (co sleeping) 
She’ll usually wake around 4/530 to eat 
Feed 8am and we’re up between 8;30/9
She usually stays awake until about 10 and has a little 30 min nap after eating. 
She’ll have a big feed around 11/12 and sleep for a good 4-5 hours with one feed in between but goes right back to sleep
Evening playtime/bath/ usually feeds a few times for short periods of time. 
Nap 8-9ish 
And repeat lol

Our “routine”is:
Up at 6:30 am 
Nursing when baby wants, changing after nursing, bath and wearing baby when it’s nap time and wearing baby facing forward when awake, unless taking a walk in the pram.
7:30 pm. 
Then it’s ready for bed. By 8;30 pm mom, dad, big brother and baby are all sleeping.

Well it’s still coming together but we wake at 5 am feed back to sleep by6 
8 am feed change diaper talk/play down by 10 am 
12 pm play with papa bear eat change diaper nap at 1-2 
3 pm play time feeding down at 6-7 pm
9-10pm down
1 am feeding change back down immediately after

We’ve been in a routine for a few weeks now and he’s been doing really well with it. There’s a book called BabyWise and it basically has us following an Eat, Wake time, sleep routine. He’s been waking up once a night around 3am to eat but then goes right back to sleep. Here’s what we do:
7am- Wake/ Feed
8:15am- down for nap
10am- Feed
11:15-11:30- Down for nap
1pm- Feed
2:15- down for nap
4pm- feed
5:30- catnap
7pm- Feed
7:30pm- Bedtime routine (bath, cuddle, story)
7:45-8pm - bed
10:30pm- dreamfeed

Trying to get a routine. But we wake up at around 3:30am, feed, diaper, tummy time while watching cartoons. From there it’s up to baby to decide. Usually a nap happens around 6-7am. Then it’s just a blur of feeding/naps/diaper/playtime until 7:30pm. Then it’s one last bottle. Wrapped up, and go to bed. (Husband does this while I pump) usually in bed by 8:30pm

We don't have a set time schedule, more of a routine. When ever he wakes up usually at 7am on the dot 😂 he'll play/hang out with me until he gets hungry around 8ish, and play for about an hour and then takes a nap for about an hour. He'll wake up hungry again and this is on repeat until about 4/5ish I try to not let him nap around this time. I bath him and get him ready for bed around 630 and he's usually asleep anywhere from 7-8.

Our almost 11 week old still eats about every two hours :/. So basically we try for the eat/play/sleep structure and that’s about all the routine we have!

We have a very loose routine. My little guy is 13 weeks today.
We wake up between 7-8am. He eats, plays, and then naps. His first stretch awake is usually around 45min.
He naps usually 30-90min then we eat and play again. Continue this cycle until we start our bedtime routine around 7pm. He takes a bath, lotion, and pjs. Then we go into his room with just a nightlight and projector light on and his white noise machine. Eat, burp, swaddle, rock until he’s really drowsy. Put him in the crib and stay with him until he settles in. Sneak out and watch him on the monitor until I know he’s asleep. Usually between 8pm-9pm
He has been sleeping around 5-7 hours in the first stretch of sleep. When he wakes up in the night I change him, feed him, burp, and swaddle again. He usually goes right back down during the night feedings. I repeat that cycle until about 7am-8am.
It’s been working so far. He has slept as long as 10 hours! That was after a long weekend without enough naps due to our rehearsal dinner and wedding, but we were all so tired and in need of sleep after that!

The most recent “routine” is 
7-ish: wake up
7:30-8:30: play with mom on the bed,  watch sesame street. 
8:30-9:30: feed then nap
9:30-11: bath, play, Tummy time. Sit on swing. 
11-12: feed then nap
12-1:30: go out on a walk, shopping, or attend mass. 
1:30-3: feed then nap
3-6: play and possibly nap for 1-2hrs. 
6pm: bedtime routine starts (change clothes & diapers, give a wipe down, turn noise machine, draw curtains closed, read Good Night Moon, swaddle. Turn off lights. 
6:30-730: feeding/burping, then rocking to sleep
Then he sleeps 2-3 hours the first stretch. Then sleeps 2 hours for next 2 stretches. Then he’s up every hour till 7am. Recently he has decided that 4/ 5am is “im up & alert” time for about an hour so that has been challenging. trying to put him to sleep is futile but i also don’t want to play with him & give him the wring message. So i kinda just hang out in silence & in the dark while holding him & he sometimes fusses & other times i see him looking at wherver there is any sliver of light. And we have black out curtains in all the bedroom windows.
