How do I respond?

My(28/f) sisters best friend/bridesmaid told me she can’t make the bachelorette. She gave her boss the request months ago and they told her they need her to work that weekend and she can’t have it off.

She texted me saying she can’t make it told me she wants to help plan things for the bachelorette and the shower.

How do I respond? I don’t wanna make her feel bad because I know she’s upset she can’t come. I also know my sisters upset about it as well.

Also do I take her off the group text about the bachelorette(my sisters FSIL is in high school so won’t be coming. I have a separate text about the shower with her in it)?
