postpartum; loose skin, help!!!
Hey all!! I am almost 6 weeks postpartum and I’ve always been super skinny but now I have curves and hips and I’m super happy that I’ve managed to stay at a weight I’m happy with. The only problem is, I have loose skin on my stomach and I’ve ALWAYS had a flat stomach and my self esteem is wrecked due to this.... My boyfriend and I want more kids so a tummy tuck is not an option currently (yes I’ve considered it lol) but I was trying to find some workouts I can do at home with a workout mat to get rid of my loose skin so I can finally be happy completely with my body. Anybody know some exercises I could do to help with this?
