Video games & toddler?

If your partner plays video games, do or would you let your 1 year old watch? My partner plays games but when it comes to shooting or bloody games I obviously don't let my child watch. There's this game he plays though called "Apex" it's not bloody, they are just knocked down when shot & mostly robot looking characters but it still involves first person shooting. Would you let your child watch? My 1 year old seems to be really interested in watching my partner play it.
