NO period and NO BFP !!

Idk what is going on 😢 I'm not the best at keeping track of everything (like symptoms and baby dancing) but according to my calendar my period is wayyyyyy over due. I took about 3 test since the week after my missed period and still no BFP, what is going on ?? Should i make a dr appointment?? maybe test again this friday??
