UPDATE: 3 Months Post Delivery & 2 Months Since Began Exersizing (INCLUDES PHOTOS)
*WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE* so far so good! 2 months of exercising and I’m almost at my pre pregnancy weight. January I lost 13 lbs and February I lost 5 lbs.

February has taught me that diet is a major key in losing weight. I have always known that but now I have LIVED IT!!
February I took a week and a half off for a much needed vacay that my man surprised me with. While on vacation I didn’t work out but I made sure to continue to count my calories and I came back from vacay 1 lb. lighter.
I know that if I would have been more consistent this month in the gym I could have lost at least 10 lbs.
The fact that I didn’t Gain back any weight is a true accomplishment! I’m proud of me !!
