That might sound like a dumb question, but I don’t want to annoy the drs/nurses asking when she can go home.

They give us an update on her everyday (the drs) but no one ever mentions a possible discharge date. I don’t know if that’s because they don’t want us to get our hopes up or what, but we’ve only been here a week and two days and this has been the most stressful thing I’ve ever gone through.

Her NICU is 2 hours from home and my husband travels back and forth for work and I stay here. It’s really starting to take a toll on both of our mental healths and even physical health and we’re trying to be strong, but I just want to take my baby to her own house with her own things!😞
