Spotting 7 days after period

My period began Feb 11-18. It was Normal it lasted the amount of days I normally have my period for.

About 7 days later I started to spot and it went on from February 26 to about March 1st. I’m barely spotting now.

The spotting was sort of heavy? I guess. I didn’t have to change pads throughout the day, perhaps only one out of the 5 days.

Would this be considered an irregular period? Or is this normal to spot actual red blood not even brown blood but deep red blood. I haven’t had this happen to me for a long while it began when I got the nexplanon implant but I got on brith control to help regulate my period and once I got of it I’ve gone about three good months with a regular period. Is it possibles just going back to that?

My next period is supposed to be in 11 days): but since I’ve been bleeding for the past five days and just had my “official” period I guess I should call it, two weeks ago it feels weird? I’m not sure. I’m just wondering what I should do or think of this. Has this happened to anyone else?
