What medicine is safe while breastfeeding

I’m sick with a headache soar throat and cough and I’m not sure what I can take

You can take Anything for the headache. For the cold I was told robitussin. But you should ask your dr to confirm. I was also told I could take Childrens cold meds if I needed/wanted.. I never confirmed though
