Extreme amount of discharge

Hello ladies.

I’m not worried that I’m pregnant I just am worried that there’s something wrong with my vagina. So I’ve been having sex no pain or anything but my last period had spiting 3 days after my period was over I never get that. Next today I had sex this morning I had cramps after n I just had period amount of jelly almost like thick egg whites even with a white string holding it together wtf it was just a crazy amount is this normal? I’m not on birth control either so it’s not a factor
