I had unprotected sex on Feb 27 and took a plan be Feb 29.... Now i know ovulation days on these types of apps can be innacurate sometimes but are the chances of me getting pregnant likely?

If you truly did ovulate on that day, plan b wouldn’t have helped bc plan b prevents ovulation.

Higher than if you hadn't had sex during your fertile period. If you did, in fact, ovulate on the day this says you did then you have a 30ish percent chance that you will become pregnant.
