Okay so I need some options

My husband and I have just started trying ! My period began feb 4 and ended on the 10th then I ovulated on the 19th . My next period is not due till March 4th which is in a couple days but on February 26th I started light pink spotting that continued for a total of 3 days I had light watery pink bleeding. No other symptoms except for when the bleeding started I felt cramps in my lower abdomen and back and a tight pain on my left lower abdomen that also lasted for about 2 days before I started to bleed. I’m so confused and took a pregnancy test the day the bleeding started and got a negative. Although I think it was to early to tell. I’m not sure what’s going on and trying to hold off on taking another test until the 4th which would be the “first day of my missed period.”
