Help!! Any thoughts??
Waiting on period for a week now. Lower back pain and pelvic tightness and a little spotting (I squally have heavy periods) but no cramps. 1 Vvfl then BFN. What is going on?
Usually I would just think I didn’t ovulate this cycle if not for the spotting and back pain.
Very confused.
