Anyone else experiencing achy pain at cervix?

Question

I'm 31 weeks, baby has dropped deep into my pelvis since about 28 weeks but atm I feel like I need to hold myself to keep her in and I'm having a real ache at my cervix. Anyone else experiencing this and could this be my cervix effacing?

Cerviz, pelvis, everything aches since week 28. I'm 30 weeks now and the only thing that helps a little is wearing a pillow between my legs when I sleep.

Definitely experiencing this! I did with my first too and she came at 40 weeks so I’m not terribly worried about being effaced or dilated this early on! I could tell this morning that he/she had shifted head down and right on my cervix, suuuuuper uncomfortable!
