What is your daily average screen time?

If you have an iPhone (and probably androids too), you can go in your settings and see what your daily screen time is. I just checked mine and I’m so disturbed. It’s so much. What are yours? I will definitely be cutting back.

4.5 hrs but I access my uni stuff a lot instead of using my laptop

Average of 5.5 hours because I stream tv shows while I get ready in the morning. I also color on my phone in the evening. It is a lot though and should be less. It has come down some but more time to go.

I didn’t have mine turned on but I’m sure it’s a lottttt lol. But my situation is kinda unique cuz I’m on video chat with my husband in another country for most of the day.. luckily he’s immigrating here soon so we will be on our phones less often!

Lol I just had this discussion with my family...I think it gives people a reality check when they realize how much time they actually spend per day. Thankfully mine was only at 1hour and 31 minutes that day😂 it is crazy tho how much of our time is spent!

It’s about on average 3.5 hours. Today it’s been five hours. I try to limit this also. Most of it is social media, try a detox :)
