Diaper rash ?

I noticed as I got my son undressed for his bath the his butt and thighs were really red as I got him out and got him dressed I noticed it covers every area the diaper touches .. he’s used these diapers before and never had this problem. Is it a diaper rash or a reaction to the diaper ?

Reaction to the diaper I would say. Try a different type, without perfume and lotion.

It looks like a reaction to either the diaper or wipes that you're using. Did you switch to a different brand recently?

I had the same problem ... when he was on pampers 
switch him to huggies gold  and it never happened again !!!

Where it is I would say it's more of a reaction to his diaper

If this is the first time hes reacted to the diaper try again after a bath sometime if they're dirty or sweating it can cause this

I use hello bello and pampers and my daughter hasn’t ever had an issue.
