I’ve had my period for ages but I’m very wary about tampons and would love to know some suggestions 🙏

These are what I use and I love em! Some other brands I’ve tried have tampons that expand into weird shapes and can be kinda uncomfortable. These do not have that issue at all. I used to dance and run track and they were always comfortable and didn’t leak. Hope this helps!
