First Time TTC

My husband and I have been TTC for over a year now, since Christmas of 2018 to be exact! I was diagnosed with PCOS so ovulation is very irregular for me. After having absolutely no period for a year, in January I found out I was ovulating and got my very first “positive” on an ovulation test, this was the first time any color at all showed up on any test we had ever taken! My husband and I were so excited and remember hearing about ovulation tests picking up on pregnancy sometimes so I took a pregnancy test the very next morning just to make sure and it was positive!!!!! A very faint line but still a positive, for the first time ever!!!! Not even 24 hours late I started spotting abnormally and then bleeding really heavy. I went to the doctor a few days later and they confirmed through an ultrasound I did ovulate by they were unsure of pregnancy because it was too early to tell and were very confused by the blood....nothing came about it and my doctor was not concerned so we moved along from it.

Fast forward to this morning, I took another ovulation test and got another positive, at least I think it is! It is clearly a lot darker than our first positive ovulation test we got in January so I’m really hopeful but I don’t want to get too excited about the possibility of pregnancy again without some options and advice first. So what do you guys think!? And when should I take a pregnancy test....if I even should...?

Thank you in advance, love y’all ❤️
