So my son is 3 mo the . He has never been good at the sleeping thing but it’s getting worse . Yesterday he slept 7 hours in 24 hours.. he won’t nap unless I hold him . And no I didn’t used to hold him to make him sleep. I used to be able to put him down in the swing or something and he would go to sleep . Now if I do that he jolts awake and then is wide awake. At night , the routine I was doing that would always make him start to go to bed isn’t working. If he isn’t in my arms he is wide awake and talking away. I don’t know what to do. ANY ADVISE ?!
