Hi mommas, I have a friend in my mom group who I’ve been in close contact with asking for advice on building my supply because I’ve had trouble producing in the past. She reached out to me last night and told me she has an over supply this time around and asked me if I would take some of her milk as a donation. I haven’t had my baby yet and don’t know what my supply will be like this time around which she understands but are there any things I should do or precautions I should take? I do trust her but I wasn’t sure.
