What do you all do? Do you turn on a light during the night for feeding/diaper changes? Do you just fumble around in the dark? Do you have night lights? If you have night lights, is there a good one you’d recommend that won’t fully wake the baby?

When I get up with the baby, I can actually just do it all in the dark: change the diaper, mix up formula. When my significant other gets up with the baby, he struggles in the dark, doesn’t properly fasten the diaper, spills formula. It’s a hot mess. But we found when we were turning on the lamp in the nursery, it would fully wake the baby and it would take a long time to get her back to sleep when we were all finished.
