I suffer from a form of IBS/IBD that I believe is often triggered by my hormones during ovulation. I knew I was around my peak on Thursday and it was confirmed by an OPK.

Thursday night I suffered a horrible flare. Well, since then my BBT hasn’t had a rise. So I assume didn’t ovulate. My question is, should I expect to ovulate LATER or possibly not ovulate at all? I was sick the entire day of Friday which would’ve been my predicted day of ovulation.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Should I use my OPKs again or is it not probable to have another surge and then ovulate?
