So lately I have barely been eating (rarely ever eat out either maybe once every 4 months if that) and trying to get as much water as I can. But some days I end up gorging myself and eat a lot. I do have IBS and other things so I have to watch what I eat and a lot of things really upset my stomach so I can’t eat many of the foods people consider “healthy”. I try to find healthier foods and I go mostly on proportions instead. Has anyone else gone through this and can help me on what to do? I beat myself up over this so much.
