Tired of these fake contractions

38 +6 today. Woke up with contractions at 4 am accompanied with sharp pains but weren't too bad. I gave it some time and they never got any worse. After about an hour and a half they were gone.... 🙄 they were approximately 1 minute long and less than 5 apart.

I've been having these kinds of contractions for several days now. None yesterday but day before I had them with mild period like cramps. Again they never turned into anything.

Whyyyyy

I'm worried I'm not going to know when to go to the hospital! These things are like classic "yes go to the hospital" contractions but then they always just fade away after about an hour or so. Then come back later. Then fade away again.... err.
