Tummy time/ 3 month milestones!

I see our babies are all turning 3 months old! How is your little ones doing with tummy time? My baby will do really well for a few minutes, then start to drop her head until eventually face down and getting frustrated. Is this normal? Should she be holding her head longer? She’s rolled over a few times unassisted.😬
