When is dinner time in your house ?

For me we usually eat dinner around 8pm..just me and my husband..because we go to work at 10

Usually around 7 😭 and I feel like that’s super late. By the time everyone eats and it’s my turn it’s 7:30 - 8. And then we go Straight into our bedtime routine (I like for everyone to be in bed by 9).

I litterally eat between 8-9 .& go to work at 10. And don’t start my day until like 2PM so I guess it’s appropriate for me. But I am going to try a more reasonable time to allow my food to digest and chill because I find my self rushing to work
