Recent Abortion...positive pregnancy test!

I had an abortion (surgical) on feb 1 at 10 weeks. Stupidity I had sex on the 6/7 of February after my bleeding stopped...and today I had some mucusy discharge (very little) and then a small amount of brownish discharge (maybe old blood or implantation). I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive.....

What are the changes it is just old hormones from my previous pregnancy?
