Is thrush noticeable infants?

Idk why but I’m paranoid of my baby having thrush and not noticing if he has it or not. Would it be pretty noticeable if he has it? He’s 5 weeks.

It will look like milk. Try taking a baby wash cloth over his tongue and mouth and if it doesn’t come off it’s thrush.

Typically yes, unless it’s JUST starting.  You may see white on his tongue (looks like milk like the other commenter said) or even on his cheeks, gums, or roof of his mouth.  If you see white plaques on those spots, it’s definitely thrush.
