Court order

Moms and dads! My daughter just turned 4.

Me and my daughters mom have a court order. I’ll post it down below. I get my daughter 5-7 every Tuesday and Thursday. The court order says 4oclock but my work schedule has changed since then. I pick her up from daycare because that is where she is when I get off.

I have been texting my daughters mom since February 21st and almost every day since then about how I was going to pick her up from her house today at 5:30 instead of daycare. There is a very good reason for me wanting to get her from her house instead of daycare but that’s wayyyyyy too much to type lol. Needless to say , she keeps saying absolutely not, she’s going by the court order. She keeps saying it says on our court order that he picks her up from daycare every Tuesday and Thursday. (We’ve went around the court order numerous times before btw). ANYWAYS, regardless of the court order, I got to her house today at 5:20. And I waited until 5:40. She never showed up. If you were in my shoes and this was your day and you’ve told her and told her and told her (SO THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN) and she just didn’t show up so you could get your daughter, what would you do?
