missed period but pos OPK UPDATE!!!

Hi ladies! I’m currently 5 days late for AF, no signs of it besides my boobs have been fairly sore. I took a pregnancy test 5 days ago and it was negative.... Out of curiosity today, I took an OPK test, and it’s positive. What does that mean to have a positive OPK when you’ve missed AF?! Any insight would help :)
