Confusion

Okay so I went to the doc like 2 weeks ago and got tested for a uti and it came back negative. Also got the pill for a yeast infection and took it.

However my discharge is still yellowy green and it’s now burning when I pee, could this be another yeast infection?? There’s no smell or anything down there. No itching or burning in my vagina.

I slept w someone new also 2 weeks ago and looked up gonorrhea and chlamydia and the only symptoms I have are it burns when I pee. There’s no weird bumps either.

YES I know you’re probably not a doctor and I should probably go back to the obgyn , but I wanted to see if y’all had ever dealt w this or anything
