So I got an iud a couple of weeks ago and lately I've been noticing like a vibration feeling... Bear with me as I try to explain this. It's not constant but random times of the day. Where I would feel cramps I feel as if theres a cellphone vibrating on my lower abdomen. It's not my stomach. Theres no sound when this happens. It's almost like when you have your phone in your pocket and you think its ringing but it is not.

Am I going crazy? Feel free to laugh cause it doesnt make sense to me either.. also I should add that this happens even without my phone being anywhere near me
