Rash or yeast infection would cause the itchy feeling.

Thrush.  You’ll need an antifungal and baby probably will too.  Pop into the doctor to get you both checked and feel better xx

Does it hurt? When I got it I felt like I got hit by a truck I had a fever of 101 and had flu like symptoms. My breast was SO tender I couldn't even hold my newborn. I got it twice in two weeks once one breast was better it I got it in my other one. Each time I had the same symptoms. I did have a red spot like that but it didn't itch.

I’m on a course of antibiotics for mastitis right now and I’d say that doesn’t look like mastitis to me.
