Boobie issues

So I'm pregnant with my first baby and officially 12weeks today [due may 16th] and I am naturally a 38d to 38dd size bra. The girls have grown a little so I shoild be about a 38ddd now. Well heres my issue...... nipples. I know ive seen many of you ladies on here talk about sore nipples but its more than that- they're itchy. Its driving me crazy. I put lotion on everyday thinking that maybe its just dry skin but its not really helping. Does anyone have an insight?!?!?
