Can I request my husband not be allowed in the OR with me? Or does he have to be?

You are the patient, if you dont want anybody in the room with you or visiting at the hospital let them know and they will honor that.

My hospital says I can have anyone or no one in the room with me at any point during labor and delivery even if that means no husband. Check into your hospital policies.

Yes you can have him not in there your the one giving birth you choose how is and isn't in there. Just curious to why you don't want him in there.
