Decreased movement?

Okay so last night I noticed my baby wasn’t moving as much I did kick counts and he did 10 movements in less then an hour and then after that he normally moves a lot at night but last night he wasn’t moving as he normally would and today he still isn’t moving as much I’m 32 weeks and 5 days. He still moves but not like he normally does what should I do? My ob said if there is decreased movement to go to the hospital but idk of that even counts like decreased movement because I do feel him like kick me or something but then takes a while to do it again. I am drinking cold water and eating sweets or anything that normally makes him move but like I said he does it and then takes a while to do it again.
