Lost mucus plug at 28 weeks?

I’m pretty positive I lost my mucus plug last week. I’m 29 weeks now. Is this a problem? It happened at week 38 with my last pregnancy.

Unless you’re having really bad pain then no because it does regenerate!

I've been losing mine off and on sense 20 weeks I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant, my midwife has never been concerned she said they get heavy and you lose some but it grows back.

It can grow back. I would still get checked out. Your cervix effacing or dilating early could cause this.
