Huge blood clots TMI TMI

I have pcos and I'm just bleeding huge hand sized clots. It is awful. This period has lasted for 4 months. I feel week, I feel tired. I literally bleed through a double pad in a hour. People think that PCOS is just an irregular period. It is that and so much more. I feel faint. I can tell I'm anemic. I have been to doctors and no one has given a care. I've been on a few BC and nothing is helping. Those with pcos what has helped you? I'm 10 months post partum and it definitely interferes with me being able to keep up with my baby. She starts swimming lessons tomorrow and I have such a huge fear that I'm going to bleed through my tampons and into the pool.
