Help!
I have a pretty severe stomach bug. Cannot stop going to the bathroom both ends and have a fever and chills.
Thankfully I have a nanny today but what to do tonight!! I am so so afraid of passing this on to LO.
Also currently breastfeeding and am a leaky mess since I haven’t nursed her her today. This is rock bottom omg 😅😭😭
