Have really low iron or anemic during pregnancy and continue to struggle with it?

Yes. I was monitored closely for a few months after and had iron supplements which equates to being bunged tf up. I also have low b12 and get monthly injections my body won’t absorb it. They go hand in hand. Are you having your blood checked ? Sometimes you need infusions ...

Yes, but iron tablets make me so nauseous and so constipated (tmi) lol. They brought up infusions but want me to continue trying the tablets and eating foods that are rich in iron first.
