So, i don’t know how to start

She’s in her 16th week pregnant

We re having difficulties..

it wasn’t easy to get her to orgasm even before pregnancy, but it worked sometimes.. but now it’s absolutely difficult.. I have big desires to get her there.. but I don’t know how anymore

I know the biggest part in getting there is mental.. if something is wrong mentally in the relationship then it’s hard.. it’s Hard for myself to get an orgasm with her now also because I feel like she is not enjoying it with me

It makes me go soft because my brain shuts down and I’m just feeling like I am not good enough anymore..

Maybe her mind is somewhere else and not with me when we re making love..

I must say, things in life haven’t been easy lately.. we just did a big move in life.. we both moved to the Dominican republic.. she s from Ukraine.. I m from Germany.. currently we re staying at my mothers house until I find a place to rent to move alone with her..

she’s not getting along well with them..

The country is also a big change for her, not for me because I grew up..

Surroundings culture and lifestyle change plus first pregnancy..

Im lost.. I don’t know. I feel like I am stuck. Don’t know what to do..

In my past relationships I had no issues in orgasms.. the women always had atleast one orgasm during sex and I never felt like I was doing something wrong.. but this is completely new that I am stuck and I don’t know what to do

Now we barely have sex because I feel like I don’t even want to try anymore

Because I don’t get pleasure if she doesn’t get pleasure.. and if I feel that she’s not enjoying it.. then I am not enjoying it also and I cannot orgasm

So I don’t even try

That’s why I’m saying I feel absolutely stuck and I don’t know how to get out of this hole.

I feel like I’m not good enough

I feel like I’m not attractive enough

I feel like she is thinking I’m not the right one.. like I am not who she really wants .

Insecurities now..

I need some help but I know it’s hard to help :( but pls help.
