Basically he wants to date me but it’s kinda weird cause I’ve NEVER dated a guy younger than me let alone by 9 years. But he’s really nice, caring, thoughtful and very mature. Has anyone dated a guy younger than them before and if so by how many years?

I wouldn’t because I find that most guys I date are still years behind me maturity wise. I don’t necessarily see an issue if y’all are on the same page and y’all wants and needs align and it works. I prefer older men. Preferably 30+. I’m 25 years old though.

My great grandma was 11 years older then my g-grandpa...My husband is 14 years older then me... My little sister is 2 years older then her man and we are incredibly happy.
So I’d say yeah, it works just like any age difference as long as you have the same goals and values.

Nothing wrong exactly. Just people can come off as mature at first and really not be. But hey, date him casually and find out. I just wouldn't jump into anything serious too quickly.

I mean, I’m 23 and my brother and his friends are 21. With the difference in life stages I could not imagine dating someone that age at this point lol. And I’m only 2 years older
