I can feel my IUD?

I was heckling my threads in the shower before bed and instead felt the hard plastic of my ParaGuard. I’ve had it for four years now, no complications. Is this something I should worry about?

Yes! It’s out of place, you can get pregnant. 
My second one did this. 
Your dr might be able to reinsert it but you’ll have to go in and see
