When to add cereal or oatmeal to formula?

I was just wondering when to start adding oatmeal or rice cereal to formula? Thank you in advice

Never add solids to bottle. The reason for solids is to get them used to eating more solid food. Drinking it doesn't give same benefit of teaching to eat from spoon, move foods around their mouth, taste the food, etc.

I'd research feeding your baby before deciding on cereal. Babies can't digest that. I'll be starting my LO on avocado and egg yolks first.

Talk to your child's doctor, as some say 4 months and others 6. We are waiting until 6 months and then starting on whole foods.
