Hello ladies. I have PCOS and I am on day 18 of my cycle and I have some symptoms of ovulation like mild pain in my lower abdomen and back, but no CM..dry like Sahara down there :D..I used Wondfo OPK and for me is no progression at all. Today I used one Wondfo in the morning and another brand ( second picture) at noon..what do you think ??
