My 36 week LO liked these. In the NICU we tried the MAM (we had to bring that one  some weird policy) and they provided these and the avent with the preemie nipple. The avent was too past of a flow, and she gagged on the Mam. She preferred the Dr.Browns with the preemie nipple until she was a week old then moved to the size 1 nipple.
